1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FAWELLE TV — the website, apps and services — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
Premium content requires an active membership plan. Prices and features are shown on the Membership page and may change with notice. Payments are processed securely; subscriptions are non-transferable and renew or expire as per the plan purchased.
4. License to Watch
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, broadcast, resell or publicly screen any content.
5. Downloads
Where offered, downloads are for offline viewing inside the app only, remain encrypted to the platform, and may expire when your plan ends or the content license changes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share accounts beyond your plan’s device limit, attempt to copy or rip streams, abuse free trials, upload unlawful material in support tickets, or interfere with the service’s security.
7. Content Availability
Titles may be added, removed or geo-restricted based on licensing. Schedules and availability can change without notice.
8. Payments & Refunds
All fees are in INR unless stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described on the Help page — write to us with your order number.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding and design on FAWELLE TV belongs to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are involved in fraud, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, service interruptions or content availability changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
